We’ve upgraded the Knowledge Base with a fresh look and powerful new automation tools for when you use a website as a knowledge source. These updates save you time and keep your agent perfectly in sync with your site.

Here are the new tools for the Website feature.

• Exclude Path: Precisely control what your agent learns by listing specific pages or entire sections (like /blog/*) to ignore. This leads to sharper, more accurate answers.
• Auto Retrain (Pro Plan): Set a schedule (e.g., weekly) to automatically sync your site. No more manual retraining after edits—this keeps your agent's knowledge current and saves you time.
• Add New Pages on Retrain: Optionally allow your agent to automatically find and learn from new pages on your site. This feature is off by default for your complete control.
