The number of chatbots you can create depends on your plan:

You can view your current limit and usage anytime in your Chatagents dashboard.

Where can I put Chatagents chatbots?

Chatagents works across a wide range of platforms, including:

  • Websites: All major website building platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, and more.
  • WhatsApp (Business): Integrate chatbots directly to your brand's whatsapp account.
  • Social media platforms: All social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, through a dedicated chatbot page powered by Chatagents.

How do AI chatbots learn about our business content?

Your chatbot learns directly from the materials you provide, known as Knowledge Bases. You can upload or connect:

  • Your website / third-party websites
  • Files (PDFs, text documents, spreadsheets)
  • FAQs and individual web pages

This data powers your chatbot’s understanding of your business.

Chatagents never uses your data to train or improve any public AI model. All your uploaded content remains private and exclusive to your workspace.

When will my plan renew?

Your plan renews automatically based on your billing cycle:

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days from the purchase date. For example, if you subscribed on March 10, your next renewal will be on April 10.
  • Annual plans renew one year from the subscription date. For example, a plan started on March 10, 2025 will renew on March 10, 2026.

Change or cancel your plan any time before your next renewal date.

What payment methods does Chatagents support?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan?

Yes. You can manage your plan anytime from your Chatagents Settings → Billing page.

  • Upgrading: You’ll gain access to your new plan immediately. The additional cost is charged on a prorated basis.
  • Downgrading: Your downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You’ll continue using your existing plan features until your next renewal date.

What languages do Chatagents chatbots support?

Your AI chatbots will understand and respond in any language and will automatically change based on what language the user is using.

Take note that, at present, the Chatagents dashboard itself is only available in English.

Where will I receive my invoice when I subscribe?

A detailed invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email after every successful payment. You can also download past invoices anytime in your Billing page.

I’ve reached my chatbot limit, what are my options?

If you’ve reached your chatbot limit, you can either:

1Delete an existing chatbot to free up a slot, or

2Upgrade to a higher plan to increase your chatbot allowance and unlock more features.
