訂閱後我的方案何時會自動續期?
續期會依照你的帳單週期自動進行:
- 月費方案:從購買日期起每 30 天自動續期。例如,若你在 3 月 10 日訂閱,下一次續期將在 4 月 10 日。
- 年費方案:從購買日期起每年自動續期。例如,在 2025 年 3 月 10 日 開始的方案,會在 2026 年 3 月 10 日 續期。
你可以在下一次續期前隨時更改或取消方案。
Chatagents 支援哪些付款方式?
Chatagents 採用 Stripe 進行安全付款,支援所有主要的信用卡與扣帳卡,包括 Visa、Mastercard 和 American Express。
我可以升級或降級目前的方案嗎?
可以。你可隨時在 Chatagents 設定 → Billing 中管理你的方案。
- 升級: 新方案會立即生效,並會按比例收取差額。
- 降級: 降級會在目前的帳單週期結束後生效,你可在此之前繼續使用現行方案功能。

訂閱後我會在哪裡收到發票?
每次付款成功後,系統會自動將詳細發票寄送至你登記的電子郵件,你也可以在 Billing 頁面下載過往發票。
我的聊天機械人數量已達上限,該怎麼辦?
若已達方案上限,你可以:
1. 刪除現有的聊天機械人以釋放名額,或
2. 升級方案以增加聊天機械人數量並解鎖更多功能。
