Add more data sources for your AI chatbot
Increase your AI chatbot's response accuracy by giving it more data to learn from.
Learn how to add websites, pages, and documents as additional Knowledge Bases.
The benefits of multiple, diversified sources:
- Retail stores that sell a wide variety of branded merchandise may provide more details about products if data is pulled from the brand’s respective websites.
- Universities may offer third-party scholarships for their students. Your AI would be better equipped to answer scholarship-related questions if the data source would come directly from the third party's website.
- Hospitals can retrieve more up-to-date data from the newest medical journals or third-party insurance companies to address user inquiries.
- Multinational companies that need to conform to the laws of multiple countries could add government web pages as data sources.
