Teach your AI chatbot to respond exactly how you want it to. Simulate conversations in Playground, revise responses in Chat History, and view all your revisions in Training.
How to train your AI chatbot
1. Start a conversation with your AI in Playground
From the Playground page, simulate conversations that mimic your audience's questions, concerns, and general messages.
Ask it questions that you'd expect from real users, such as:

What are your business hours?

Are you open on holidays?

Do you ship to (country)?
-
Do your products have warranty?
-
Do you have discounts for children / senior citizens / PWD?

Are your products vegan?
Use this to take note of the answers you want to revise later on.
2. Revise responses in Chat History
View your conversations at Agent Optimization > Chat History.
Find the responses you want to refine and click Revise Answer.
Tip: This feature is for improving the writing style, tone, and personality of your AI chatbot. If the issue is related to inaccurate responses, consider adding the necessary information as a data source.
3. Manage revised answers in Training
Visit the Training page at Agent Optimization > Training.
Here, you are able to view and delete your revised answers.
