How to refine your AI chatbot's responses
1. Understand how it responds using Playground
Start conversations with your AI in Playground to understand how it speaks to your audience.
Ask it questions that you'd expect from real users. These will depend on your business. Here are some general examples to get you started:

What are your business hours?

Are you open on holidays?

Do you ship to (country)?

Do your products have warranty?
-
Do you have discounts for children / senior citizens / PWD?

Are your products vegan?
Use this step to take note of the answers you want to revise later on.
2. View and refine responses in Chat History
Check out your conversation with the AI by going to Agent Optimization > Chat History.
From there, you can change the chatbot's response by clicking Revise Answer.
Note that this feature is for improving the writing style, tone, and personality of your AI chatbot.
If the issue is related to inaccurate data, consider adding it as a data source.
3. View and manage revised answers in Training
The Training page is at Agent Optimization > Training.
Here, you are able to view and delete your revised answers.
