Add Suggested Questions for your AI chatbot

Suggested Questions are pre-made questions you can add to the chatbot. This makes it easier for your business to address your users most common questions.

 

Add Suggested Questions to your chatbot

  1. Go to Agent Channels > Website.
  2. Toggle On Enable Embed.
  3. Go to the Content tab.
  4. Click + Add Suggested Question.
  5. Toggle On Apply to all pages to display the suggested questions on all pages. Toggle it Off to only display them on specific pages.

  6. Place your questions in the Suggested Questions field, with 1 line representing 1 question.

 

Create multiple sets of Suggested Questions for different pages of your website

You can create more than one set of Suggested Questions. This way, you can tailor-fit your AI's knowledge depending on specific pages and audiences.

To create more sets, click + Add Suggested Question again from the Content page.

 

Refine your AI's responses to suggested questions

Once you're done, it's time to see how your AI responds to these questions.

  1. Head to the Playground and try out your questions. See if the chatbot’s replies meet your expectations.

 

  1. Revise your AI's replies by going to Chat History and clicking Revise Answer on the response.

  1. Review all your revised responses in the Training page.
