Add Suggested Questions for your AI chatbot

Suggested Questions make it easier for your brand to address FAQs, giving you the ability to place clickable messages at the bottom of your chatbot.

Add suggested questions to your chatbot

  1. Go to Agent Channels > Website.
  2. Toggle Enable Embed if it hasn't already.
  3. Go to the Content tab.
  4. Click + Add Suggested Question.
  5. Toggle on Apple to all pages to display the suggested questions on all pages. Toggle it off to only display them on specific pages.

  6. Place all your suggestions questions in the Suggested Questions field, with 1 line representing 1 question.

Creating multiple sets of suggested questions for different parts of your website

You can create more than one set of suggested questions. This helps tailor chatbots within your website.

To create more sets, click + Add Suggested Question again from the Content page.

Test & refine your chatbot’s replies to suggested questions

Once you’ve finalized your questions, it’s time to give your audience the perfect response.

  1. Head to the Playground and try out your questions.
    See if the chatbot’s replies meet your expectations.

 

  1. Revise its replies by going to Chat History and clicking Revise Answer on the response.

  1. Review all your revised responses in the Training page.
     

And you’re done! Use Suggested Questions to shape how conversations begin—and ensure users get to the answers they need with less effort.
